Why do we file reports with the Province for every service?
Drilling, altering, and closing wells are restricted activities under the Groundwater Protection Regulation that require official provincial reporting. The report goes to the Province within 90 days and becomes part of the public record. Filing exact paperwork during construction gives buyers and lenders the clear records they demand later on.
